How to change your name with HSA Bank
Married or divorced and updating your accounts? Here's how HSA Bank takes a name change, from its own help page.

HSA Bank's steps
Send the Name Change Request Form by email or mail to the Client Assistance Center. Your name can't be changed in the online profile.
Have these ready
- A copy of your marriage certificate, divorce decree or court order (most companies ask for one).
- Your updated driver's license or ID, if you have it. Social Security comes first, then the DMV.
- Your account number, and the name the account is in now.
Let Sasha handle the letters
Sasha writes and signs your name change letter for HSA Bank and every other company on your list, with your certificate attached. It can even print and mail it to HSA Bank for you: no printer, no stamps. It also keeps track of who's done. The checklist is free.
