What we collect

Your email if you sign up for our list or create an account, and the details you enter to build your checklist: names, state, and your wedding or divorce date.

What stays on your phone

Sensitive answers used to fill in government forms, such as your Social Security number, date and place of birth, and parents' names, are used to create the forms on your device. We don't store them on our servers.

How we use your email

To send your discount code and, if you checked the box, name change tips and offers. You can unsubscribe from any email.

What we never do

We don't sell your personal information.
