Total Wireless's steps
Online: log in, choose Account & Payment, then Personal Info under Account Info, and edit your name (a code is texted to you). In the app: Profile, then Update Contact Info.
Have these ready
- A copy of your marriage certificate, divorce decree or court order (most companies ask for one).
- Your updated driver's license or ID, if you have it. Social Security comes first, then the DMV.
- Your account number, and the name the account is in now.
Let Sasha handle the letters
Sasha writes and signs your name change letter for Total Wireless and every other company on your list, with your certificate attached. It also keeps track of who's done. The checklist is free.
