How to change your name with Frontier
Married or divorced and updating your accounts? Here's how Frontier takes a name change, from its own help page.
HowBy phone
By mailNo: in person or by phone
In person or by phone only. Frontier is one of the few that won't change your name online. Bring your documents when you go.
Frontier's steps
The billing name can't be changed online: call or chat with Frontier.
Have these ready
- A copy of your marriage certificate, divorce decree or court order (most companies ask for one).
- Your updated driver's license or ID, if you have it. Social Security comes first, then the DMV.
- Your account number, and the name the account is in now.
Let Sasha handle the letters
Sasha writes and signs your name change letter for Frontier and every other company on your list, with your certificate attached. It also keeps track of who's done. The checklist is free.
