Fi uses your Google Account name: change it at myaccount.google.com under Personal info. Change the billing name at payments.google.com, Settings, Name and address.

Have these ready

A copy of your marriage certificate, divorce decree or court order (most companies ask for one).
Your updated driver's license or ID, if you have it. Social Security comes first, then the DMV.
Your account number, and the name the account is in now.
