How to change your name with PSEG Long Island

PSEG Long Island's steps
Call Customer Service to change the name on an existing account. A separate form lets you request a preferred name without changing your legal name.
Have these ready
- A copy of your marriage certificate, divorce decree or court order (most companies ask for one).
- Your updated driver's license or ID, if you have it. Social Security comes first, then the DMV.
- Your account number, and the name the account is in now.
