How to change your name with Pacific Power
Married or divorced and updating your accounts? Here's how Pacific Power takes a name change, from its own help page.
In person or by phone only. Pacific Power is one of the few that won't change your name online. Call 1-888-221-7070 or visit, and bring your documents.
Pacific Power's steps
Pacific Power doesn't post online steps for a name change. Call customer service any time, or use its online contact form.
Have these ready
- A copy of your marriage certificate, divorce decree or court order (most companies ask for one).
- Your updated driver's license or ID, if you have it. Social Security comes first, then the DMV.
- Your account number, and the name the account is in now.
Let Sasha handle the letters
Sasha writes and signs your name change letter for Pacific Power and every other company on your list, with your certificate attached. It also keeps track of who's done. The checklist is free.
Checked against Pacific Power's own page in October 2026. Companies change their process; confirm on their site or by phone before you send anything. Sasha isn't affiliated with Pacific Power.
