How to change your name with Colorado Springs Utilities
Married or divorced and updating your accounts? Here's how Colorado Springs Utilities takes a name change, from its own help page.
Colorado Springs Utilities's steps
Sign in to My Account, go to Customer Center > My Requests > Create Request, and upload your marriage license, court order, or old and new IDs. Or email them to cas@csu.org.
Have these ready
- A copy of your marriage certificate, divorce decree or court order (most companies ask for one).
- Your updated driver's license or ID, if you have it. Social Security comes first, then the DMV.
- Your account number, and the name the account is in now.
