Cleco's steps

Cleco doesn't post online steps for a name change. Call the customer call center (weekdays 7 a.m. to 7 p.m.) or visit one of its 13 offices.

Have these ready

A copy of your marriage certificate, divorce decree or court order (most companies ask for one).
Your updated driver's license or ID, if you have it. Social Security comes first, then the DMV.
Your account number, and the name the account is in now.
