You can't change your legal name yourself. Contact Wise and send a photo of your marriage certificate or name change document plus your new ID.

A copy of your marriage certificate, divorce decree or court order (most companies ask for one).
Your updated driver's license or ID, if you have it. Social Security comes first, then the DMV.
Your account number, and the name the account is in now.
