Navy Federal's steps
Fill in the Change of Information form (NFCU 97CI) and bring it to a branch, or fax or mail it with an ID showing your new name.
Have these ready
- A copy of your marriage certificate, divorce decree or court order (most companies ask for one).
- Your updated driver's license or ID, if you have it. Social Security comes first, then the DMV.
- Your account number, and the name the account is in now.
