Send two government-issued documents showing your previous and new names through Contact Us in your loan account. A marriage certificate must show both names.

A copy of your marriage certificate, divorce decree or court order (most companies ask for one).
Your updated driver's license or ID, if you have it. Social Security comes first, then the DMV.
Your account number, and the name the account is in now.
