Name changes can't be made online: call Customer Service and they make the change. Lexus Financial is 1-800-874-7050.
Have these ready
- A copy of your marriage certificate, divorce decree or court order (most companies ask for one).
- Your updated driver's license or ID, if you have it. Social Security comes first, then the DMV.
- Your account number, and the name the account is in now.
