How to change your name with RiverLink (Louisville tolls)
Married or divorced and updating your accounts? Here's how RiverLink takes a name change, from its own help page.
In person or by phone only. RiverLink is one of the few that won't change your name online. Call 855-748-5465 or visit, and bring your documents.
RiverLink's steps
RiverLink doesn't post name-change steps. Call 855-RIV-LINK or visit a customer service center.
Have these ready
- A copy of your marriage certificate, divorce decree or court order (most companies ask for one).
- Your updated driver's license or ID, if you have it. Social Security comes first, then the DMV.
- Your account number, and the name the account is in now.
Let Sasha handle the letters
Sasha writes and signs your name change letter for RiverLink and every other company on your list, with your certificate attached. It also keeps track of who's done. The checklist is free.
