How to change your name with SunPass (Florida tolls)
Married or divorced and updating your accounts? Here's how SunPass takes a name change, from its own help page.
SunPass's steps
Send your request with your marriage license, divorce decree or court document: online, by fax, by mail or at a SunPass Walk-In Center.
Where to mail it (from SunPass's own page):
SunPass (Florida tolls)
Florida Department of Transportation/SunPass
P.O. Box 447
Ocoee, FL 34761
Have these ready
- A copy of your marriage certificate, divorce decree or court order (most companies ask for one).
- Your updated driver's license or ID, if you have it. Social Security comes first, then the DMV.
- Your account number, and the name the account is in now.
Let Sasha handle the letters
Sasha writes and signs your name change letter for SunPass and every other company on your list, with your certificate attached. It can even print and mail it to SunPass for you: no printer, no stamps. It also keeps track of who's done. The checklist is free.
