How to change your name with Rally Credit Union (formerly Navy Army CCU)
Married or divorced and updating your accounts? Here's how Rally Credit Union takes a name change, from its own help page.
In person or by phone only. Rally Credit Union is one of the few that won't change your name online. Call 800-622-3631 or visit, and bring your documents.
Rally Credit Union's steps
Rally doesn't post online steps for a name change. Call Member Service or visit a branch and ask what they need; bring your certificate or decree and new ID.
Have these ready
- A copy of your marriage certificate, divorce decree or court order (most companies ask for one).
- Your updated driver's license or ID, if you have it. Social Security comes first, then the DMV.
- Your account number, and the name the account is in now.
Let Sasha handle the letters
