How to change your name with PSECU
Married or divorced and updating your accounts? Here's how PSECU takes a name change, from its own help page.
PSECU's steps
Fill out the Authorization for Name Change form (#2475). Email, fax or mail it with a copy of your certificate or decree and your updated license.
Where to mail it (from PSECU's own page):
PSECU
Attn: Application Processing
P.O. Box 67013
Harrisburg, PA 17106
Have these ready
- A copy of your marriage certificate, divorce decree or court order (most companies ask for one).
- Your updated driver's license or ID, if you have it. Social Security comes first, then the DMV.
- Your account number, and the name the account is in now.
Let Sasha handle the letters
Sasha writes and signs your name change letter for PSECU and every other company on your list, with your certificate attached. It can even print and mail it to PSECU for you: no printer, no stamps. It also keeps track of who's done. The checklist is free.
