How to change your name with NC Quick Pass
Married or divorced and updating your accounts? Here's how NC Quick Pass takes a name change, from its own help page.
In person or by phone only. NC Quick Pass is one of the few that won't change your name online. Call 877-769-7277 or visit, and bring your documents.
NC Quick Pass's steps
NC Quick Pass asks you to report a change to the account owner's legal name. Call customer service or visit a customer service center.
Have these ready
- A copy of your marriage certificate, divorce decree or court order (most companies ask for one).
- Your updated driver's license or ID, if you have it. Social Security comes first, then the DMV.
- Your account number, and the name the account is in now.
