Sign in at support.kraken.com and open the Change account info form: choose Changing account information, then Name. Enter your previous and new name and the reason, and upload a valid ID.

Have these ready

A copy of your marriage certificate, divorce decree or court order (most companies ask for one).
Your updated driver's license or ID, if you have it. Social Security comes first, then the DMV.
Your account number, and the name the account is in now.
