How to change your name with First Tech Federal Credit Union
Married or divorced and updating your accounts? Here's how First Tech Federal Credit Union takes a name change, from its own help page.
First Tech Federal Credit Union's steps
Fill in the Membership Application and tick "name change: Member." Sign it and mail it with a copy of your ID, or take it to a branch.
Have these ready
- A copy of your marriage certificate, divorce decree or court order (most companies ask for one).
- Your updated driver's license or ID, if you have it. Social Security comes first, then the DMV.
- Your account number, and the name the account is in now.
