How to change your name with E-PASS (Central Florida tolls)
Married or divorced and updating your accounts? Here's how E-PASS takes a name change, from its own help page.
In person or by phone only. E-PASS is one of the few that won't change your name online. Call 407-823-7277 or visit, and bring your documents.
E-PASS's steps
E-PASS asks you to report a name change. Call (weekdays 7:30 a.m. to 7 p.m., Saturdays 8 to 4:30), email e-pass@CFXway.com, or visit the E-PASS Service Center in Orlando.
Have these ready
- A copy of your marriage certificate, divorce decree or court order (most companies ask for one).
- Your updated driver's license or ID, if you have it. Social Security comes first, then the DMV.
- Your account number, and the name the account is in now.
Let Sasha handle the letters
Sasha writes and signs your name change letter for E-PASS and every other company on your list, with your certificate attached. It also keeps track of who's done. The checklist is free.
