Update Social Security first. Fill in and sign DCU's Name Change Form and send it with your new Social Security card plus your marriage license, decree or new ID by email, fax or mail.

Have these ready

A copy of your marriage certificate, divorce decree or court order (most companies ask for one).
Your updated driver's license or ID, if you have it. Social Security comes first, then the DMV.
Your account number, and the name the account is in now.
