How to change your name with Alliant Credit Union
Married or divorced and updating your accounts? Here's how Alliant Credit Union takes a name change, from its own help page.
Alliant Credit Union's steps
Fax or mail the Personal Information Change form with a copy of your marriage certificate, divorce decree, new license or court order.
Have these ready
- A copy of your marriage certificate, divorce decree or court order (most companies ask for one).
- Your updated driver's license or ID, if you have it. Social Security comes first, then the DMV.
- Your account number, and the name the account is in now.
Let Sasha handle the letters
Sasha writes and signs your name change letter for Alliant Credit Union and every other company on your list, with your certificate attached. It can even print and mail it to Alliant Credit Union for you: no printer, no stamps. It also keeps track of who's done. The checklist is free.
