Southwest Rapid Rewards's steps
Use the Rapid Rewards name change request form with a copy of your legal document.
Have these ready
- A copy of your marriage certificate, divorce decree or court order (most companies ask for one).
- Your updated driver's license or ID, if you have it. Social Security comes first, then the DMV.
- Your account number, and the name the account is in now.
Let Sasha handle the letters
Sasha writes and signs your name change letter for Southwest Rapid Rewards and every other company on your list, with your certificate attached. It can even print and mail it to Southwest Rapid Rewards for you: no printer, no stamps. It also keeps track of who's done. The checklist is free.
