How do I change my name with CLEAR?

How to change your name with CLEAR

Married or divorced and updating your accounts? Here's how CLEAR takes a name change, from its own help page.

HowIn a store

By mailNo: in person or by phone

In person or by phone only. CLEAR is one of the few that won't change your name online. Bring your documents when you go.

CLEAR's steps

At any CLEAR airport location, scan your new photo ID to update your name. TSA PreCheck through CLEAR is updated separately.

Open CLEAR's page

Have these ready

A copy of your marriage certificate, divorce decree or court order (most companies ask for one).
Your updated driver's license or ID, if you have it. Social Security comes first, then the DMV.
Your account number, and the name the account is in now.

Let Sasha handle the letters

Sasha writes and signs your name change letter for CLEAR and every other company on your list, with your certificate attached. It also keeps track of who's done. The checklist is free.
