How to change your name with Enterprise Plus
Married or divorced and updating your accounts? Here's how Enterprise Plus takes a name change, from its own help page.
In person or by phone only. Enterprise Plus is one of the few that won't change your name online. Call 866-507-6222 or visit, and bring your documents.
Enterprise Plus's steps
Your Enterprise Plus name must match your driver's license exactly. Enterprise doesn't post steps for changing it; call Member Services.
Have these ready
- A copy of your marriage certificate, divorce decree or court order (most companies ask for one).
- Your updated driver's license or ID, if you have it. Social Security comes first, then the DMV.
- Your account number, and the name the account is in now.
