How to change your name with Breeze Airways (Breezy Rewards)
Married or divorced and updating your accounts? Here's how Breeze Airways takes a name change, from its own help page.
In person or by phone only. Breeze Airways is one of the few that won't change your name online. Bring your documents when you go.
Breeze Airways's steps
Your name can't be edited in your Breezy Rewards account. Contact Breeze to update a legal name change; they may ask for your marriage certificate or decree. Your account name must match your ID.
Have these ready
- A copy of your marriage certificate, divorce decree or court order (most companies ask for one).
- Your updated driver's license or ID, if you have it. Social Security comes first, then the DMV.
- Your account number, and the name the account is in now.
Let Sasha handle the letters
Sasha writes and signs your name change letter for Breeze Airways and every other company on your list, with your certificate attached. It also keeps track of who's done. The checklist is free.
