Sign in, go to Your info, and select Edit name. It can take up to 24 hours to show everywhere. Work accounts are changed by your IT team.

Open Microsoft account's page

Have these ready

A copy of your marriage certificate, divorce decree or court order (most companies ask for one).
Your updated driver's license or ID, if you have it. Social Security comes first, then the DMV.
Your account number, and the name the account is in now.
